Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier service delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected pin codes and products.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details. Dealkart will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
